Yes. The Donations app can switch into kiosk mode so a terminal becomes an unattended donation point. Merchants set one or more predefined donation amounts that supporters tap to donate, and the kiosk completes the gift without any staff present.

Yes. The self-service donations flow is fully Gift Aid compatible. Donors can register their donation against their name and address directly on the kiosk screen, so your charity can claim Gift Aid on every eligible gift and report on it from the same dashboard.

How much extra does Gift Aid add to a donation?
Gift Aid lets a UK charity reclaim the basic-rate tax already paid on an eligible donation — an extra 25p for every £1, at no additional cost to the donor. A £10 gift becomes £12.50 for your charity. The donor must be a UK taxpayer who has paid enough Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax that year to cover the amount reclaimed.
What details do we need to collect for a Gift Aid claim?
HMRC requires the donor's full name, their home address including postcode, and confirmation that they are a UK taxpayer. Facilipay captures all of these on screen at the moment of giving, and you choose in the dashboard which additional details — such as phone number or email — are requested and which are mandatory.
