Transaction fees apply only where funds are processed via the Facilipay platform or where Facilipay operates a Merchants Online Shop, including the loading of physical or digital gift cards, mobile wallet loading, online orders, digital experiences, bundle purchases or ticket purchases. No transaction fee applies to POS Direct & Connect, Loyalty, campaign or donation related activity or redemptions.

A €100 one-off service trial is available so merchants can sample the results before committing.

Facilipay never holds customer funds, and will always route online payments to your merchant bank account, by connecting your preferred payment gateway (e.g. Stripe, Cybersource, Authipay, etc). Gateway connection incurs a €0.08/txn fee per transaction. Usage applies to all web based sales channels including digital gift card sales, experiences, online ordering and other prepaid services.

POS Direct provides a full Facilipay POS with integrated value-added software, on standalone terminals (Grow Plan+). POS Connect is our middleware solution that integrates your existing POS systems to your payment terminals, allowing seamless reconciliation, and the same value-added software (Pro Plan+). For either solution, a Payment Activity Fee applies to each payment activity: including sales, refunds, redemptions, card tokenization, authorisations, top-up authorisations, authorisation releases and voids as defined in our Terms. Payment Activity Fees starting at €0.05 on our Grow Plan and €0.04 on our Pro Plan.

Pay by Link lets you collect payments without a checkout — generate and send a secure link from your POS (POS Payment Links), directly from a payment terminal (Terminal Payment Links), or from the Facilipay Dashboard (Dashboard Payment Links). On the Core Plan: no monthly fee, with a 1.25% per-transaction fee. On the Grow Plan: €20/month plus a 0.5% per-transaction fee capped at €5. On the Pro Plan: €20/month plus a 0.4% per-transaction fee capped at €5. Included on the Premium Plan — speak to Sales for tailored terms. All Pay by Link transactions are also subject to the eCommerce Gateway Fee.

Facilipay offers the option to build, release and maintain a branded mobile application for your business on iOS and Android platforms, for use with our software. This is available at a flat rate of €1300 with an annual maintenance fee of €150. Alternatively, select a 12-month payment plan of €99, with a €450 deposit. A monthly maintenance fee of €15 applies after the initial 12 month period.
