Customer Portal — On Your Website

Don't want customers to download an app? Merchants can embed a Customer Portal link directly on their own website. Customers sign in through the browser to earn loyalty, place online orders, buy gift cards, top up balances, view offers and access receipts — the same Facilipay account, with no install required.

Fund Management

Users can choose to pre-load funds or pay as they go, and you can enable a credit facility on specific accounts where necessary. All funds are securely protected & deposited into your business bank account.

Order Management

Where enabled, customers will have access to the online menu you have configured. They can choose their preferred order time, collection point and menu items, and checkout with their existing balance.

Card Management

Customers can connect site access cards (or wristbands) to their accounts. Connected cards can be used to make payments at the POS, and customers can add & remove cards from their portal themselves.

Offer Management

Within the customer portal, users can review any offers you have made available for them. Offers are tailored according to their purchasing behaviour, and they can redeem from your online menu or at the point of sale.

What deployment options are available?
We offer three models: Facilipay Direct (we provide the full stack), Facilipay Connect (we plug into your existing acquirer and POS) and Facilipay Augment (we layer loyalty, ordering and value-added services on top of your current setup).

Is Facilipay secure and compliant?
Yes. All card data is tokenised and encrypted to bank-grade standards, and the platform is built to meet PCI-DSS and regional data-protection requirements (including GDPR). Merchants never see raw card numbers.
Can Facilipay be white-labelled for our brand?
Absolutely. The customer app, ordering interfaces, gift cards and loyalty programmes can all be fully white-labelled with your branding, domain and visual identity.
What support do you offer after go-live?
Every client gets a dedicated implementation manager during onboarding, plus ongoing technical and commercial support from our teams in Dublin, London and New York. SLAs and 24/7 options are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
