TEST3- Harbor Point Leisure Group: one wallet across nine sites

<p style="text-align: left;"><em>Harbour Point Leisure Group</em> operates nine swimming, gym and adventure-play venues across <strong>County Cork, Ireland</strong>. Before Facilipay, each venue ran its own till, its own paper membership cards and its own spreadsheet for reconciliation. Membership growth had stalled, and the finance team spent the first ten working days of every month chasing figures across nine sets of books.</p><p style="text-align: left;">This is a test import file containing every element the importer should handle.</p><h2 style="text-align: left;">The challenge</h2><p style="text-align: left;">Harbour Point needed to move nine independent venues onto a single closed-loop wallet without disrupting daily trading through the summer peak. The requirements were specific:</p><ul><li><p style="text-align: left;">Eliminate cash handling at poolside and café counters</p></li><li><p style="text-align: left;">Let members use <strong>one balance</strong> at any of the nine venues</p></li><li><p style="text-align: left;">Support waterproof <em>RFID wristbands</em> for swim and adventure-play areas</p><ul><li><p style="text-align: left;">Nested item: wristbands must survive chlorinated water</p></li><li><p style="text-align: left;">Nested item: lost wristbands re-issued without losing balance</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="text-align: left;">Give finance a single reconciliation view across the group</p></li><li><p style="text-align: left;">Keep queue times flat during the July–August peak</p></li></ul><h2 style="text-align: left;">The rollout</h2><p style="text-align: left;">Facilipay was deployed as the group's central wallet and payments layer, connecting the existing point-of-sale estate rather than replacing it. The rollout ran venue by venue over a single off-season, in three stages:</p><ol><li><p style="text-align: left;">Pilot at the Harbour Point flagship venue, covering pool entry, café and vending</p></li><li><p style="text-align: left;">Wristband and locker integration across the four adventure-play sites</p></li><li><p style="text-align: left;">Group-wide membership migration and finance reporting cutover</p></li></ol><p style="text-align: left;">Legacy paper memberships were migrated in bulk, and members kept their existing card numbers. Active member wallets reached <strong>6,400</strong>, and the average top-up settled at <strong>€42.15</strong>.
