<p style="text-align: left;">Farnham Estate Spa &amp; Golf Resort is part of Windward Management’s hotel portfolio and operates as a full resort destination, with 158 bedrooms, resort houses, spa and leisure facilities, an 18-hole championship golf course and 11 kilometres of estate walkways.</p><p style="text-align: left;">Before Facilipay, gift card processing required a manual workflow across multiple systems. Team members had to transact through one device, process activity through another, and then balance voucher activity with the property management and finance systems. This created a three-way reconciliation process behind the scenes and added extra steps for front-of-house teams.</p><p style="text-align: left;">Facilipay connected the gift card, payment and hotel workflow into a single transaction flow. By allowing the systems to talk to each other, Facilipay removed much of the manual intervention previously required for voucher sales and redemption. This made transactions easier for team members to complete and faster for guests at the point of service.</p><p style="text-align: left;">For Farnham Estate, digital gift cards also support a wider commercial opportunity. Gift cards sold around Christmas help introduce new guests to the property, encourage repeat visits, and can drive incremental spend across the estate’s wider range of products and services.</p>
